Recommend to book when the weather is nice... read more so you can use it as your living room. Paula was also incredibly flexible and welcoming, leaving pastries, wine and coffee. The apartment is very small but thoughtfully designed so you don’t feel it as much as you would expect. It’s on the quiet edge of Graca so you’re safe from the hordes of tourists (except when the market is on) but close enough to still have good coffee etc around the corner.

Very clean apartment, quiet neighborhood, well located. A lot of advices and a very friendly welcome.

She provided very helpful information that any traveller would need. The house is very close to a bus route, Metro and train station so easy to get around from there. It’s also sparkling clean, uniquely decorated and an interesting historical family home where she actually grew up! We would definitely recommend Paula’s house and would stay there again.

Even... read more for kids there is a chair and cutlery and everything. We enjoyed the terrace and the beautiful park right next to the place. The neighborhood is very safe and local. Paula is very thoughtful and caring, always checking if everything is ok. There was even water, wine and delicious Pateis de Nata awaiting us in the flat. All in all highly recommendable!

The location of the caravan park is superb - it takes 10 mins to get to Rye and a local PYO farm, and under half an hour to drive to Hastings.
The Lobster Pot cafe has free wifi, but you need to pay separately to get one inside the caravan - unfortunately, it is quite expensive and you have to pay for each device you wish to connect. There is no dedicated parking slot, so finding a slot can be challenging at busy periods. The place would also benefit from some investment into bedding / new vacuum cleaner, I would also suggest having more hand towels in the bathroom.
We did enjoy our stay anyway and have no doubts that Sue continues to improve the caravan for the future visitors. Alex and the family.

  It was a lovely clean caravan with everything you would need for a short break. The site was lovely and everyone was friendly.

  Superb can’t go wrong staying here, super clean, attentive host, me and family had a great weekend... beds are super comfy too
