The Apartment
Book a Family Home in Lisboa and experience the charm of Alfama-Neighborhood! A cozy tiny apartment (42 m2), carefully decorated and ideal for a family or a group of friends. It has 2 bedrooms, 3 beds and 2 balconies overlooking the medieval street. Walking distance to main attractions, 5 minutes to "Santa Apolónia" Station, Train / Metro / Taxi / Bus / Parking. Restaurants, cafés, bakery, supermarket and playground nearby. We have 2 more apartments in this location!
Family Houses Lisboa is a collection of characteristic and private apartments located in Alfama and Graça historical neighborhoods. Places where our family and friends have been lived for generations.
FERNANDO is a cozy typical Family House, the place where our sweet neighbors Guilhermina and Alfredo used to take care of us, when our parents were working at the famous Flea Market, on Tuesday and Saturday. Do not miss this place!
The house was renewed two years ago with the help of their son “Fernando” and preserves little memories. You will find some pictures and paintings on the wall. The double-bedroom presents the famous Alfama-Parade wich happens every year on June. Pieces of furniture and little personal objects show daily life and family hobbies.
Nowadays we live in Graça neighborhood, just 10 minutes walking from the apartment. We are always around and able to assist our Guests. We also provide an useful LIST OF INFORMATION about Alfama and Lisboa.
In the apartment you will have all facilities at your disposal:
– Free Wifi.
– 1 Bedroom and a Double Bed (140×200).
– 1 Bedroom and a Bunk Bed (2 single beds with 90×200).
– 1 living and dining room with TV and and couch.
– 1 fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge, toaster, tea maker, coffee machine, stove, oven & microwave.
– 1 bathroom with bath tube.
– 2 little balconies with street view.
* includes towels, bed sheets, kitchen linen, hair & body products, hairdryer & Iron, coffee & tea.
** portable eletric heaters for winter time / fans for summer time.
*** baby travel bed, highchair and toys upon request (children until 2 years).
